The plaster mold went horribly, horribly wrong.
Never mind, I'm trying out some new stuff now, and will hopefully still enter an animation for Ray's 90th, possibly with dinosaurs.

How horribly? Did it collapse or something. I'm not sure I'll ever use latex or anything, it seems just too hard! May be worth experimenting with though I suppose
No, it was completely my fault, didn't make the mold walls deep enough. I've done it before and it's worked out just fine - my opinion is give it at least one try, you'll get better every time that you do!
